Sani Emmanuel deserves an award for the best african player for last week.

Sani Emmanuel was a spectacle to behold. The fact that the game was his first of the tournament only helped reduce his abilities. You have to give it to him, with the troubles he caused the Argentine defence, especially the loop and used to beat the defender, but was denied by a goal goalkeeper.
The finness and calm which he appile dot the penalty kick was awesome and fantastic. That can of confidence can only be exuded by a world class player.
he is definitely one for the future.

Assou Ekoto was great over the weekend. Essien's passes were accurate and his surges were a worry for teams over the weekend. Gyan was great too. When a striker scores, its no news, Yes Adebayor was good but Painstil and Beye were equally good. Mathew Amoah scored too

exactly what did Obafemi do to be on that list?
why is Bassong on the list and not Assou Ekotto?
Paul Alo Efoulou scored twice for Nancy in his first ever league 1 game...
