Michel Picks Morocco Squad For Namibia Friendly
October 6, 2007

New Morocco coach Henri Michel has handed a first call-up to defender Abdessamad Chahiri for next week’s friendly against Namibia in Rabat.

Michel has also recalled defender El Amine Erbate and striker Nabil Baha, who plays for Spanish second division leaders Malaga, for the game on October 17.

Both countries are preparing for next year’s MTN Africa Cup of Nations finals in Ghana.

The Racing Strasbourg striker Yacine Abdessadki misses the match because of injury while Sparta Rotterdam striker Nourdin Boukhari is dropped from the squad that faced Ghana in Rouen, France last month.
