Zanetti and Inter to ‘give it our all’

Just three games short of his 800th official appearance for the Nerazzurri, the Argentinean has not soften down the importance of this clash, as they face a Champions League-less season for the first time in years.
“We know that we'll encounter a very energetic atmosphere tomorrow, but I believe there are many of us who are used to this kind of situation,” the defender noted at press conference.
“The important thing is to try to play an intelligent match and try to make the most of our characteristics that we believe can help us play a great game."
While Thursday’s match will mark Zanetti’s 18th in his career, this season will see Andrea Stramaccioni take on his first ever full campaign of top flight football.
“It's an important season for everybody because there are so many changes,” the player continued. “I'm confident. There are also a lot of youngsters and those of us with more experience have to help them. They represent the future of this club – a great future.”
