Sevilla aiming to take baby steps
La Liga
The Sevillistas recorded their first win in nine matches when they defeated Osasuna 2-0 on Saturday and the Argentine defender believes they have to be focused on the challenge that lies ahead.
“The schedule is tough, we have 15 matches left and we have to take it one game at a time,” Fazio told the club’s website.
“We have to focus ourselves and the next opponent that we are playing, which is Valencia, and beyond that we will see.
“We don’t have to establish an objective for the future. The aim is short term, to keep winning game after game”.
The 24-year-old also believes it’s too early to credit new coach Michel for Saturday’s win, although he acknowledges that he’s brought something different to the Nervion side.
“We have been with him (Michel) for two weeks and only two games, but I believe that throughout the season we’ll notice a change,” said Fazio.
“We’ve had a few training sessions, yes he’s brought other ideas, but it’s early to know if the manager’s way of working is good for us.”
Sevilla will play against Valencia away from home on Sunday, before facing Atletico Madrid and then Sporting Gijon.

Hmmm, dis la liag is becoming stronger now. Dat's good development, kip it up.
