Adriano back for United clash
Barcelona
fullback Adriano Correira has resumed training ahead of the friendly against
Manchester United.
The
Brazilian international twisted his ankle at training last week and as a result
missed the friendly match against Paris Saint-German which ended in a 2-2 draw
before Barca prevailed on penalties.
The
Catalans have confirmed through their official website that the former Sevilla
player has returned to full fitness and joined the rest of the squad at
training on Monday.
The
27-year-old’s return will be a major boost for Tito Vilanova’s side ahead of
their clash against the Red Devils.
Meanwhile,
midfielder Jonathan dos Santos has a thigh strain and was forced to miss
training on Monday.
Four
Barça B players, Sergi Roberto, Cristian Tello, Rafinha and goalkeeper Jordi
Masip were also invited to train with the first team.
