Mourinho not interested in transfer window
Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho
Despite their successful start to the season, a number of Real Madrid players have been linked with transfers away from the star-studded side, but Mourinho insists that he wants to keep his side as it is.
"I wouldn't like any of my men to leave in the winter transfer window," Mourinho told AS.
"I'd like to end the season with the same players I had when it started. My men and the board of directors are aware of this. Everything is open until 31 January, but I haven't asked for a signing and I surely wouldn't like anyone to leave.”
The Portuguese coach has been rotating his players and with their involvement in La Liga, Copa del Rey and the UEFA Champions League, he is hoping to use all his players who are fit to play.
"We have a number of players that add balance to the team in the three competitions," said Mourinho.
"We'll play at least six games in January and my intention is to use all my men.”
