Damiao, 22, has been tracked by a number of Europe's elite clubs including Real Madrid, Juventus and Spurs.
Former Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp was a long-standing admirer and was rebuffed with a £12million two years ago.
And Damiao now looks set to see out the remainder of his contract in South America.
He told Sportv: “I'm glad for the interest and for the enquiries, but the only official offer was made by Tottenham.
“If there are other offers, we'll talk, but for now I'm not worried.
“Internacional give all the best conditions for our work. I'm in a great moment right now and I intend to stay at Internacional until 2014 unless there is a good offer that is good for Internacional, not only for me.”
