Nigeria international Victor Moses has rejected a Wigan offer that doubles his weekly salary of 10,000 pounds.

The Nigeria international has turned down an offer from the Latics as he seeks a move away from the DW Stadium this summer, according to the Daily Mail.

The improved offer tabled for him by Wigan would have seen him earning £20,000 a week, which is double his current wage.

Chelsea, QPR and Liverpool are chasing the winger, with the former having made an initial offer and preparing to make an improved offer this week.

Wigan chairman Dave Whelan rates the Kaduna-born star at £10 million and so has laughed off the initial four million pounds bid by Chelsea.

Meanwhile, the eventual capture of Victor Moses will force Daniel Sturridge out of Chelsea after he fell out of favour with Roberto Di Matteo.

The England international was a regular under Andre Villas-Boas, but was rarely used by RDM, who preferred Didier Drogba, Fernando Torres and Salomon Kalou in the attack.
