September brings away derbies at QPR and Arsenal, and the Blues face Tottenham and Manchester United in the space of a week in October.
The Londoners are on the road to Norwich on Boxing Day and welcome QPR to Stamford Bridge at the start of 2013.
And a tricky end to the campaign is in prospect, with Liverpool and Manchester United two of their final three away fixtures.
The season ends at home to Everton on 19 May.
