City join Spurs race for Damiao

The North London outfit is reportedly interested in bringing in the striker, after failed efforts to try and accommodate Emmanuel Adebayor with a permanent move has left them having to look somewhere else.
It is believed that Andre Villas-Boas has expressed his interested in the Brazilian, as they look to rekindle their affiliations with Internacional - who they bought Sandro from.
However, City are also said to have shown interest in him as Roberto Mancini looks set to rid the club of fringe players; Adebayor, Roque Santa Cruz and Edin Dzeko.
