Galatasaray make £4m bid for Arshavin

The British Daily Mail reports that Galatasaray are favourites to sign the Russian ahead of English side Queens Park Rangers.
Arsenal who initially wanted to offload Arshavin for £7million are willing to bargain for the player.
The paper reports that Arshavin had also expressed interest in another potential move to an unnamed club in the Middle East.
Arshavin spent the latter part of the 2011/2012 season on loan to his ex-Russian club Zenit Saint Petersburg.
