Kanoute undecided about next move
Malian striker Frederic Kanoute
The 34-year old decided not to renew his contract with the Nervion side at the end of the 2011/12 season after spending seven years at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan.
"It’s the beginning of a different course in my career, but it’s quite exciting,” Kanoute told SFC Radio.
“Having enjoyed a fairly long career in Europe, especially Spain, now it’s time to consider other options.
“I want to play a couple of years, but for now I’m enjoying the holidays I have left with my family.
“I'll see in the coming weeks where I stand with regard to the team or country that I’ll be moving to.”
Kanoute score 128 goals in 270 appearances for Sevilla between 2005 and 2012.
