We have to prepare hard for the Barclays Cup semifinals, says Napsa Stars coach Patrick Phiri.

Napsa advanced to the semifinals of the 2012 Barclays Cup on Saturday after a 1-0 quarterfinal win over Red Arrows.

Phiri told MTNFootball.com that it Napsa were prepared for any of the three big guns still in the hunt for Barclays Cup honours.

Napsa are the only new side in the Barclays Cup semifinals where they join Zanaco, two-time winners Power Dynamos and three-time champions Zesco United.

"In this tournament, you can't have it your away," the former Zambia coach said.

"We feel very privileged to be part of this elite group.

"We are very happy we managed to get to the semifinals and hopefully win the cup.

"Obviously we may have it that we will play one of the two former champions. We just have to be ready."

Draws for this year’s Barclays Cup semifinals to be played on October 27 are set to be made this week by the Football Association of Zambia.
