Zambia Under-20 captain Reynold Kampamba is confident they can beat Mali on Saturday and qualify for the Algeria 2013 African Youth Championship.

The 19-year-old Nkana striker and league joint top scorer on 11 goals said prior to departure for Bamako on Tuesday  in Lusaka that the team was inspired by their seniors counterparts 2012 AFCON triumph.

“We are African champions people so should have faith in us," Kampamba said.

"We will win, they just have to support us."

Kampamba scored one goal in the third round first leg meeting that ended 2-2 on September 22 played in Kitwe.

Young Chipolopolo must beat Mali this weekend to book their place at next March’s finals in Algiers.

Meanwhile, FC  Porto defender Emmanuel Mbola has been replaced by Kachola Banda of Faz Division Two South side Young Zanaco.

Mbola was dropped from the team due to logistical hitches in travel plans to fly him from Portugal in time for the match set for Friday in Bamako.
