Herve Renard, coach of Zambia
Herve Renard says he is relieved to be drawn against Uganda in the 2013 Africa Cup qualifiers.

Zambia will host The Cranes Uganda in the third round, first leg tie on September 8 at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola before facing the East  Africans in Kampala in the return leg decider on October 13.

"I am relieved with the draw we have been waiting for this to happen and now the real work starts," Renard told the Zambia Daily Mail.

"As champions we are always under pressure to impress especially against small teams.

"I am not saying Uganda are a small team but because everyone now thinks we are invincible after winning the Africa Cup."

The Cranes visit in September will be their first trip to Ndola since 1977 when they clashed with Zambia in an Argentina 1978 FIFA World Cup third round, return leg qualifier.

Zambia beat Uganda 4-2 after extra-time on February 27, 1977 on a boggy pitch during a rain-swept day at Dag Hammarskjöld Stadium.
