Wanderers duo ‘Shana’, Chauke get Sihlangu call up

The national team coach Valere Billen has also called up Royal Leopard new signee, striker Sicelo Mavimbela. The hub giants’ captain and the police side striker started training with the team last week, while Chauke is expected to start training this week.
The National Football Association of Swaziland (NFAS) CEO Frederick Mngomezulu confirmed that the Sihlangu technical bench has invited some players for training.
“I am still to get a report from the squad management on the progress of the national team. The coaches will be inviting players that they spotted during the games to training with the national team,” he told MTNFootball.com.
The CEO explained that the building of a national team is a process which includes the selection of the players. Mngomezulu announced that Sihlangu’s next international friendly game will be against one of the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations participants on a date and venue still to be confirmed. He also disclosed that other targets were Namibia and Mozambique.
