Manzini Wanderers have finally cleared their first choice goalkeeper Sandile ‘Nkomishi’ Ginindza to join South African National First Division side Sivutsa Stars FC on a one year loan deal.

The former Sihlangu goal minder was cleared to the Nelspruit based side on Thursday night after a fruitful meeting with both teams management.

The player impressed during his trials with the team the past weeks.

Ginindza featured for the team in the recent Mbombela Cup against Mamelodi Sundowns and further scooped the Man of the Match award after leading his team to the penalty shoot-outs, where they lost.

Wanderers PRO Sihle Mamba confirmed to MTNFootball.com that the player had been cleared to Sivutsa on a loan deal. Mamba said as a team they would like to wish the player all the best of luck with his new team.

“We are looking forward at building a strong relationship with Sivutsa and exchange programmes that will benefit both teams. ‘Nkomishi’ will be greatly missed in the team for his immeasurable contribution,” he said.

The move will end of speculation over the future of the controversial shot-stopper who recently dominated newspaper headlines after former team Hellenic claimed his ownership.
