September - Don’t compare Fransman to Gould

Fransman joined Matsatsantsa in the off-season from Israeli-side Hapoel Tel Aviv and has filled the void left in the heart of defence by Gould who has since joined Soweto giants Kaizer Chiefs.
But September has been reluctant to compare his new centre-back partner to his predecessor.
“Bevan has been fantastic for us since he has joined the team. He has illustrated in pre-season that he will be a great asset for us in the new season,” the Knysna-born defender says.
“It would be unfair to compare both these experienced players and people should realise that Bevan is not here due to the absence of Morgan. He is a completely different player to Morgan.”
September was speaking at the launch of the MTN8 tournament in which his side will be taking on Free State Stars on Saturday.
The former Bush Bucks man is banking on his team’s experience in big matches to seal the deal for the Tshwane side.
