The list of ‘unwanted’ players includes the likes of Ramahlwe Mphahlele, Solomon Okpako, Richard Henyekane, Musa Nyatama, Simba Sithole and Thapelo Tshilo, Soccer Laduma reported.
Papi Zothwane and Tsepo Ramokala will not have their deals renewed, after they expired at the end of last month.
Sundowns have given their squad a two-day break after playing in the Mopani Cup on Sunday and the team will resume training on Wednesday.
"The management and technical team have the names already but they are just waiting for the team to return on Wednesday and they will communicate with the players," the website revealed.
Sundowns’ PRO, Kabelo Mosito, told Laduma that the transfer list has not yet been finalised as they are waiting to hear from the technical team.
"It is not yet finalised, but soon it will be available and as soon as it's ready, I will let you know. For now I can't say much," Mosito said.
