Ajax out of action but host Supporters’ Day

Due to the MTN8 final on the weekend, the Urban Warriors will once again see their match run come to a stagger as they face ten more days of no competitive action.
Following their unlucky 2-1 defeat to Bloemfontein Celtic on Sunday afternoon, Maarten Stekelenburg and his players will arrive back in the Cape on Monday morning.
The usual training regime will take place for the duration of the week before they prepare to host a fun day for the club’s fans at Ikamva.
The Supporters’ Day will give the media and the fans a chance to interact with the players, take part in competitions, before the climatic event of the media versus fans match will take place. The event will take place between 10h00-14h00 on Saturday.
Once the fun day is over the players will return to training and preparation for the big match against Orlando Pirates on Wednesday, 26 September.
