Lamontville Golden Arrows will conduct a part of their pre-season program at the High Performance Centre in Tswane.

Abafana Bes’thende resumed training on June 18 at the Sugar Ray Xulu Stadium in Durban but they will pack their bags and head to Tswane in July where they will continue with their preparations.

“We’llbe at the Pretoria High Performance Centre between 10 and 18 July and during that time we will play a lot of friendly games, five if I’m not mistaken,” Ertugral told Soccer Laduma.

“Every second day we will have a game to get the match fitness levels very high.

“We are looking at building up the endurance levels as well as the players’ strength.”

Ertugral continued to praise the work done by the club’s fitness trainer, Elsa Storm, as well as the rest of the technical team.

“I think Elsa is one of the best fitness trainers in the country,” said Ertugral.

“In fact, in my opinion, she is the best and what is very important for me is thatwe have been working together for so many years and she understands very well, what I want and how I want it to happen.

“That makes life for me much, much easier, especially with the planning.

“Every training session is planned and organised and having Elsa as well as Shaun (Bartlett) around makes my job easier.”

Arrows will also take on AmaZulu, Maritzburg United and Thanda Royal Zulu in the Premier’s Cup on July 29.
