Lamontville Golden Arrows striker Thamsanqa Gabuza has extended his contract with the club for another two years.

The 25-year-old, who joined Abafana Bes’thende at the start of the 2009/10 season, was a transfer target following his impressive form in the last campaign where he scored 10 goals in all competitions.

However, Arrows boss Mato Madlala has confirmed that the former Durban Stars man has committed his future to the club.

“He (Gabuza) had two years left on his contract with us and we decided to add another two to it, to make it four years,” Madlala told Soccer Laduma.

SuperSport United and Bidvest Wits are some of the clubs that were linked to the player at the beginning of the transfer window before he decided to remain at Arrows.
