Ogbu tries out with Egyptian club
Heartland cup winner Ogbu
According to his agent Buade Oluwasegun Joel, the modest Egyptian club paid for Brendan Ogbu's flight ticket and they were the ones who processed his entry visa to Egypt.
The agent also told MTNFootball.com the Egyptian club have been monitoring the performance of the Heartland striker and have shown serious interest in having the striker to boost their attacking opinions.
However, Joel refused to disclose the name of the club.
Last year, former Enugu centre forward fired a last-ditch winner to ensure Heartland retained the country’s cup competition, the Federation Cup, at the expense of Lobi Stars at the Teslim Balogun Stadium in Lagos.
The big striker has undergone trials in Tunisia and Russia.
