Emeka Eze fit again
Rangers have been boosted by the return from injury of four key stars led by Emeka Eze ahead of Wednesday’s NPL tie against Sunshine Stars.

Title chasers Rangers are third on the table with 58 points, but could reclaim top spot on the table if they win this rescheduled home game.

Defensive midfielder Eze, Ugonna Uzochukwu, Haliru Umar and Cyril Oriaku are back to full fitness and will likely make the starting line-up for the ‘Flying Antelopes’, who are condemned to win against Sunshine Stars if they are to keep alive their hope to be champions this term.

Assistant coach Monday Odigie told MTNFootball.com he is optimistic of having a full complement of his squad for Wednesday’s crucial clash.

“We have done our very best to ensure that Rangers emerge league champions this term and we are almost there,” Odigie said.

“We are the most consistent side in the league this season and Wednesday’ game will be approached as any other match we have played since the start of the season. We are not under any form of pressure.”
