Rangers unban AWOL skipper
Okwuosa back in the mix
Rangers had slammed an indefinite suspension on the central defender, who only this week signed a three-year contract with South African side Ajax Cape Town, for leaving for trials without proper clearance.
Top official of the ‘Flying Antelopes’ said, "We decided to relax the suspension because we need all our best legs to ensure that we pocket maximum points in our remaining three games."
Rangers were at the midweek toppled by Kano Pillars on the summit of the Nigeria Premier League.
They are now third on the table on 58 points, while Kano Pillars are top with 61 points with Lobi Stars second on the table on 60 points.
Meanwhile, Rangers, Okey Emordi, has boasted that his team will reclaim the league leadership of the NPL.
"We will regain our top spot after playing Sunshine Stars next week," Emordi predicted.
Rangers take on Sunshine on Wednesday in a rescheduled Week 36 game.
