Kaduna United attacking midfielder Ali Adamu is the MTNFootball.com NPL Star of Week 23 after his brace helped Kaduna United to a valuable away draw.

Adamu's double delight at the Kayode Oluyemi Stadium in Ado Ekiti almost gave his side a win on the road before Rising Stars came from behind to level scores at 2-2.

This was Kaduna's first away point of the season.

The petite but skilful forward, who netted four times last season, told MTNFootball.com he hopes to score a lot more goals in this campaign.

"I scored four goals in the league last season and three in the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup. I now wish to score more this season,” said ‘Conti’, nicknamed after former Italy World Cup star Bruno Conti in tribute to his amazing ball skills.

Adamu, whose idols are Didier Drogba and Samuel Eto’o, revealed that his dream is to feature in the top league in either England or Spain.
