Ajiboye back to NPL
Nigeria Olympic star Dele Ajiboye has said he is ready to face a fresh challenge of a return to the Nigeria Premier League as 3SC have joined in the chase for the former Pontevedra of Spain ace.

“I am interested in taking up the challenge of playing in the Nigeria Premier league. But I still need to make up my mind if I want a loan deal or a full contract,” Ajiboye told MTNFootball.com

“Before now, I missed invitation to the Eagles camp in Abuja because I didn’t inform coach Stephen Keshi that I now want to return to the Nigeria Premier league.”

Ajiboye featured for NPL outfit Wikki before he left for Europe in 2009.

NPL champions Dolphin and now 3SC have joined the scramble for the former Nigeria U17 shot stopper.

“3SC have opened discussions with me,” revealed Ajiboye, who is a free agent since the end of last season in the Secunda division of Spain after his club failed to renew his contract.

Shooting Stars want Ajiboye as replacement for Laide Okanlawon, who is set to join another NPL side Kwara United.

Other NPL teams keen on Ajiboye are Kano Pillars, Kwara United and Akwa United.
