Raheem Lawal insists club row soon over

Super Eagles midfielder Raheem Lawal has maintained that the dispute involving his Spanish club would soon be resolved.

Lawal has refused to rejoin Spanish club Atletico Balares and he is currently in Turkey with an undisclosed club on trials.

The player who reportedly at dagger's drawn with his Spanish lower division club and declined any comments on a possible show down with his club on a possible move.

"I don't want to think about that now. I know it would all be sorted out," Lawal told MTNFootball.com

Eagles coach Stephen Keshi has insisted Lawal must sort out his future to be invited by the national team.

Raheem Lawal still has two years left on his contract with Belares. The former Olympic international also disclosed that he has been informed by his agent of a contact by French Ligue 1 champions Montpellier.

"My agent has informed me of the French club interest. I must say I am happy about it. But we have to wait and see what happens," he said.
