Aduana are strongly backed by the Dormaa- Ahenkro community with the Paramount chief Nana Agyemang Badu II as its Life Patron.
In September 2011, the club appointed their first expatriate coach Cioaba Aristica, a Romanian, after parting ways with Herbert Addo.
