Appiah to double as local Black Stars coach

Kwesi Appiah will also take charge of the local Black Stars squad
Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah will double as head coach of the home-based national team, the Ghana FA confirmed on Thursday. 

He will be assisted by Dauda Lutterodt who is coach of second-tier side Sporting Mirren.

Appiah will be aided by a technical team comprising Goalkeepers trainer Jerry Adjei, Team Doctor: Dr Chris Adomako, Physiotherapist Allen Akaba.

Others are Masseur Zakari Abdulai, Welfare Officer Rashid Akrofi and Equipment Officer Sheriff Musah.

Appiah will prepare a team for the 2014 African Nations Championship (CHAN) finals in South Africa.
