Edubiase debunk transfer fees for duo
Mumuni Abubakar signed a two-year deal for Sundowns last Monday
The Ghana Premier League side are reported to have bagged US$ 750,000 doing business with the Premier Soccer League side.
Baffour fetched U$ 550,000 and Sundowns paid US$ 200,000 for midfielder Abubakar.
"The amount quoted by the media is outrageous. We have never quoted figure not even the official website of Sundowns," General Manager Joe Abu Salam told MTNFootball.com
"People are speculating and that is affecting our job as well. We will like to state on record that the figures quoted by the media are not true."
Baffour, the 2012 Ghana Premier League top scorer with 21 goals, agreed a three deal while Abubakar signed a two-year deal with an option for a further three years.
