Aristica Cioaba has left Aduana Stars
Romanian coach Aristica Cioaba has announced his departure from Ghana Premier League side Aduana Stars after the expiration of his contract.

The 41-year-old missed the back end of the season to visit his ailing father and never returned.

He was appointed coach of the 2010 Ghana Premier League champions in October 2011.

Cioaba claims he has been targeted by another Ghanaian top-flight side and an offer from Oman.

"I have finished my contract with Aduana Stars. This is professional coaching and now I am waiting for a new contract," Cioaba said.

"I will like to come back to Ghana, have a good condition for performance and maybe win the league. That is what I want.

"I promised the president of the (Ghanaian) club not to mention the name but if after three days I don't sign a contract with a Ghanaian side, I will go to Oman.''
