Kwadwo Asamoah was impressive on his Juventus debut
The 23-year-old midfielder, who joined Juventus from Udinese this summer, played just for 45 minutes in the first-half on Tuesday’s game and was hugely instrumental in the victory.
Asamoah, who started training with the Italian champions late last week, put in a solid on-field performance as they romped to the win.
The Ghanaian is happy that he has been able to settle well at Juventus by getting off to a flying start following Tuesday’s victory.
“This game was important for me,” said Kwadwo.
''It was my first for Juventus, a strong team that won the Scudetto. I’m happy about my performance, but also for how the first few days have gone.
''I’m getting on well with everyone, both team-mates and staff. The way of playing is different from Udinese’s system, but it’s a system I like."
Asamoah moved to Juventus on a bumper deal.
