Bernard Kumordzi has held talks with Genk officials without the consent of his club Dijon
French Ligue 2 outfit Dijon are threatening a lawsuit against Belgian giants RKC Genk over the transfer of Ghana midfielder Bernard Kumordzi.

Kumordzi is reported to have agreed a three-year deal worth 700,000 Euros but his former employers say they are not aware of his transfer.

Dijon president Olivier Delcourt has accused the 27-year-old of feigning constant injuries and refusing to train with the team.

Kumordzi is said to have travelled without the permission of the club to negotiate his move.

"For us he has signed an agreement which expires in January 2015," Delcourt told Le Bien Public in an interview.

"And we will keep him. If Kumordzi effectively has signed a contract with Genk, we will not hesitate to go to FIFA."

Kumordzi has a release clause of 700,000 Euros in his Dijon contract.

He moved to France from Greek side Panionios in January and featured for the side in the French Ligue 1 but were relegated last season.
