Daniel Opare still dreams about returning to Real Madrid
Ghana defender Daniel Opare says he would welcome the opportunity to return to Real Madrid two seasons after leaving the Santiago Bernabeu.

The 21-year-old joined Standard Liege two seasons ago from Real Madrid's youth on co-ownership agreement.

The Spanish champions still have a 50% ownership of the versatile full-back.

Opare told a local radio will not hesitate to rejoin his former club if handed the opportunity.

"It is a 50-50 ownership so when they want me to return why not, I will go back," the 2009 FIFA Under-20 World Cup winner said.

Opare joined Real Madrid after a superlative display for Ghana at the 2007 FIFA Under-17 World Cup finals in Korea.
