Unity FC moved to the summit of the Division One League Zone I promotional playoffs with a 4-1 win over Bazooka FC on Sunday.

The Goaso-based side have two successive wins and a healthy goal difference of plus four.

Former Premier League campaigners Real Tamale United also recorded their second straight but remained in second place.

RTU beat Tano Bofoakwa 3-1 at the Gyemfi Park in Bekwai.

Michael Owusu cancelled out Abubakar Karem's opener three minutes before the break for Bofoakwa but RTU scored two late goals to win the tie.

RTU must overcome Unity in the final group game to book a promotion ticket to the Glo Premier League.

In Zone III, a superb first half free-kick from Joseph Quansah helped Amidaus Professionals to a slim 1-0 win over Danbort at the Robert Mensah Stadium.

Instanbul cruised to a 2-0 victory over King Solomon at the Tema Astroturf Park.

Danbort's promotion hopes have been dashed after two defeats in a row.

King Solomon, Instanbul and Amidaus Professionals all stand a chance of securing promotion with three points each.
