The New Edubiase player scored a beautiful free-kick in the 50th minute on Sunday which earned a 1-0 victory over AshantiGold at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Hours after his heroic feat, the Ghana Under-20 player was on board a flight to the Scandinavian country.
Ibrahim will sign a three-year deal with the Allsvenskan side if he passes a medical.
He becomes the third player to be transferred by Edubiase after duo Mumuni Abubakar and Emmanuel Baffour were sold to Mamelodi Sundowns.
