The debutants were denied using the Golden City Park for their opener against Zamalek after CAF said it failed to meet its requirements.
Chelsea were forced to play the Whites at the Accra Sports Stadium and they laboured to win 3-2.
The mini-size stadium underwent renovation works before hosting LISCR, Raja Casablanca and Coton Sport in the qualifiers.
"What I know is that we are going to play in Berekum," Pluijm told Accra-based Joy FM.
"I think the doping room and everything is ready now and they have worked on it that is why we will get the opportunity to work in Berekum."
Chelsea suffered a humiliating 4-1 defeat to the six-time winners Ahly last Saturday.
They are third in Group B table and need a win in a fortnight to enhance their semi-final qualification chances.
