The club were standing three counts of assault after their fans were alleged to have attacked match officials and a Berekum Chelsea official.
They were also charged for destroying broadcasting equipments of Metro TV in last season's week 11 fixture played on December 14, 2011 at the Baba Yara Stadium.
Kotoko were found guilty on all counts by the Disciplinary Committee and slapped with a combined fine of 11,000 Ghana cedis (US$ 5,500).
The Ghanaian champions say he feels exonerated after getting the fine slashed significantly to Ghc 5,000 (US$ 2,500) after winning the case on appeal.
“Kotoko feel vindicated in our fight against those accusations that were leveled against the club," Kotoko's spokesperson Listowell Yesu Bukarson told MTNFootball.com.
“Our legal team have done very well with the overwhelming evidence tendered and we are happy with the outcome of the appeal. Justice is being served.''
