Enyeama future shaky after bad press
Enyeama blamed for Liberia goals
Hosts Liberia forced Nigeria to a 2-2 draw in Monrovia in a 2013 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier on Saturday with the press slamming Enyeama for a mistake that led to the equaliser by the home team.
Daily sports paper Sporting Life led Monday with Keshi to Enyeama:‘You Killed Us!’ which was accompanied by a picture of Enyeama in anguish and that of an angry Keshi.
The story spoke of the coach being disappointed with the “cheap goals” the goalkeeper let in with several of his teammates also disgusted with the performance of Enyeama, who has been Nigeria’s top-choice shot stopper since the 2002 World Cup.
In another story, Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) general secretary Musa Amadu lamented that Enyeama has cost the team four points after the draw in Malawi and Liberia.
Another daily sports paper, Soccer Star, reported in graphic details how Keshi singled the experienced goalkeeper for blame inside the Samuel Kanyon Doe Stadium in Monrovia soon after the game on Saturday.
Complete Sports lead story ran a rider “Enyeama to shape up or ship out”.
Enyeama, who only recently moved on loan to Israeli club Maccabi Tel-Aviv after he was frozen out at French club Lille, was also widely blamed for the late equaliser by hosts Malawi in a 2014 World Cup qualifier in Blantyre in June.

keshi shld stop blamin him bside nobody is abov mistak and i tink keshi shld invit more earope players.
The NFF could not get the match televised for us to watch and assess the team's performance. What we are left with is a blind man's assessment.
In any case, I am tired of the Super Eagles losing concentration and letting the opponent punish us in the dying minutes of every game. Any player who cannot concentrate for just 90 or 120 minutes for Nigeria has no place in the Super Eagles.
Stephen Keshi should rise up and break the jinx before the jinx breaks him. There is a lot of wastes in front of goal in our games. Let the coach employ expertise to fix this problem.
