Liberia edge Namibia in Freetown
Liberia have taken a slender 1-0 lead after the first leg of their 2013
Africa Cup of Nations qualifier in Freetown on Wednesday.
Namibia gave a good account of themselves and might have scored
themselves, especially when Bryan Bantam found himself one-on-one with the
goalkeeper.
The decisive moment in the game came after Dioh Williams found the back
of the net to convert one of a number of chances created by the home side.
Namibia will not be too disappointed with the result having built a fine
home record over the past few years and will fancy their chances in the return
leg in June.
